How to Send Feedback


Email Levi@levirodgersgroup.com or submit requests through Contact LRG Realty. Include a page link or property address, a clear description, and any screenshots or documents that illustrate the issue or suggestion.

For time sensitive items related to an active transaction, add the contract address and the party you are working with so we can route the request without delay.

What We Review


  • Content clarity: Requests to improve explanations, definitions, or examples within our articles and guides.
  • Service experience: Notes about response time, communication quality, or process steps that can be improved.
  • Data issues: Reports of listing inaccuracies, broken links, or outdated resources that require an update.
  • Accessibility and inclusion: Suggestions that improve readability, language access, or accommodation for clients and visitors.

Our Process


  1. Intake: We log the request, capture the page version or listing reference, and assign an owner.
  2. Review: We verify facts and evaluate the suggestion against client value, legal requirements, and clarity.
  3. Action: We edit, clarify, fix, or escalate as needed and target a prompt resolution.
  4. Close the loop: We reply to confirm the outcome, the change, or the reason a change is not required.

Prioritization


Items that affect safety, fair housing, legal compliance, or active transactions receive priority handling. Content accuracy and broken elements follow next. Design or layout changes are scheduled based on impact and effort.

We group similar feedback and address it as a set so the fix is consistent across pages and channels.

What We May Decline


We may decline requests that introduce promotional claims without support, requests that reduce clarity, or requests that conflict with fair housing standards. When we decline, we explain why and invite alternative suggestions that meet the same goal.

Privacy and Data


Feedback may include personal information. We use it only to resolve the request and we store it according to our data practices. We do not publish personal details in change notes.
