Jason Brooks

After over 20 years in the Army, Jason got into real estate and has been with the Levi Rodgers Group ever since. In his role as the Director of Buyer Agent Operations, he enjoys helping clients and agents win! For him, it is all about giving agents the tools to get the best deal on the house for the client and take care of their families.

Charles Clevenger

As a retired First Sergeant in the US Army, combat Veteran and Paratrooper, Charles will provide the most professional, informative, loyal and dedicated buyer agent service in San Antonio. Our team-approach philosophy ensures your needs are met. We will fight on behalf of the best interests of our clients. Our client's priorities will always come first, and we will place the client's concerns ahead of our own in each and every transaction, as we are dedicated to developing long-term client relationships!

Richard Graham

Since 2017 Rick has been a top producer as a licensed real estate agent for the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group. In the past two years, Rick has been a noteworthy leader as a Mentor for Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group, mentoring the largest group within the number one brokerage in San Antonio.

Originally from New York, Rick has been married and has lived in Texas for the past 20 years with his son and daughter. Rick has completed a BA in accounting and is currently pursuing his broker’s license. Through service to others, Rick has found his purpose in life, leading agents to fulfill their capacity by creating the wins that create Wins! Discipline vs. Motivation, Intentional vs. checking the box, and passion for helping our clients and team to determine their own fate!

Candice Witt

Candice has been a licensed sales agent at the Levi Rodgers Group since 2016. She has experience selling an array of residential homesites and is knowledgeable about San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country area. She has served on the LRG Advisory Board since 2020 and has been an LRG Agent Mentor since 2022. Her spouse, Gunnar, is also a sales agent on the team.

Candice grew up in Bandera, where she and her husband currently reside, and operate a variety of short-term rentals. Candice is a 2004 graduate of Texas State University with a degree in Business Management, and she completed her real estate certification in the fall of 2016. Candice and her husband have two fur babies, Hunter and Coco, and in their free time, they enjoy traveling.

Jackson Dailey

Jackson had a very unorthodox start to real estate. Initially starting as an Uber driver while also studying for his graduate degree in U.S. History, Jason has been with the company since wanting to start building business experience in helping people buy homes like he helped get them from one place to another. While he has a strong passion for military history, real estate has been his calling, with over $8 million in gross sales in his first year as an agent with the Levi Rodgers Group. Since then, Jackson has helped grow the company as a member of the LRG advisory board. In 2022, he became a mentor on the team to further expand his passion for helping others.

Jackson also enjoys the downtown lifestyle here in San Antonio and helps many families find their dream homes in Alamo Heights, the King William Historic District, or Monte Vista. He is a historic home specialist as certified by SABOR in 2021 and a part of the SA Rehabber Club. He loves San Antonio’s older communities because they drive his historical interest and he loves finding the stories behind the houses he sells.

Pedro Echeverria

As a Realtor licensed in Texas, Pedro provides Strategic Marketing and Transaction Management services to his clients across San Antonio and surrounding areas. His business is built on: Integrity, Communication, and Determination while embodying the ability to cater and adapt to all of his client’s real estate needs.

His knowledge of the city’s geography can assist you with all of your real estate endeavors!

Jason “Zake” Szakel

Zake always knew his purpose in life would be as a licensed REALTOR. However, Zake didn't realize it would take 24 years before he could pursue his purpose on a full-time basis. Zake spent nearly his entire childhood watching various members of his family work in the real estate industry. That exposure gave Zake critical insight into various aspects of the industry at a young age.

Zake originally planned on getting his real estate license immediately after graduating high school, but life had other plans for him. Zake's Uncle Bill, who was like a father figure, encouraged Zake to first gain some much-needed discipline and worldly experience by joining the Navy. So, like a good nephew, Zake enlisted in the Navy and eventually ended up getting a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and rising through the ranks from Enlisted to Officer.

After serving a number of years in the Navy, Zake transferred to the Army, worked as a Critical Care Nurse, and ultimately retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel with 24 years of combined Active Duty Service between the Navy and Army.  

Zake's number one priority is the well-being of his family.  As such, Zake treats each and every one of his clients as if they are part of his family. Zake knows how to balance the delicate line of professionalism and politeness with firmness and fierce negotiation.

With that being said, Zake will ALWAYS do what is in the best interest of his clients no matter the circumstance because, as a member of the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group, the following are what guides his thoughts and actions:

2.  Zake will NEVER put the deal before the PERSON!

Zake is a member of the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group Agent Advisory Board, and he also serves as a supervising mentor to agents at the brokerage.

Karishma Rupani

Karishma Rupani is a Mentor and real estate Agent who has been in the real estate business for a decade. Located in San Antonio, Texas, Karishma built firm relationships with international clients from Mexico, India and various parts of South America. Karishma's knowledge and eagerness have propelled her career into deal-making and, ultimately, long-term clients in her career. Karishma believes that to earn a long-term client is through Honesty and Consistency. 

With over six languages spoken - English, Spanish, Hindi, Sindhi, Marathi, Gujarati, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, she provides an exuberant level of expertise in real estate. Karishma can now provide her exceptional customer service to Residential, Commercial, first-time home buyers, and Investors.
