Austin Stephens is a Central Texas real estate agent with The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group, serving buyers and sellers across Austin and the surrounding communities. A California native, Austin moved to Texas in 2015 and quickly made it home. He brings more than a decade of sales experience to real estate, most recently at Arrive Logistics, where he was a consistent top performer, helped launch a new office from the ground up, and mentored new reps on negotiation and phone skills while carrying a full quota. That background shaped how he works: he asks good questions before offering advice, negotiates hard on his clients' behalf, and follows up like clockwork. Austin also recently completed a post-graduate program in data science and machine learning at the University of Texas at Austin, and he uses that analytical lens to help clients read the market clearly instead of guessing. Outside of real estate, Austin enjoys watching sports, 3D printing, catching live music whenever he can, and spending time with family, including his sister Erin, a fellow LRG agent.
