Richard has been a Licensed Realtor in Texas since 2020 and has sold various properties from Single to Multifamily properties throughout San Antonio and surrounding areas.  With over 5 years in the industry, he has gained experience working with Investors locally and moving to Texas while taking Tax advangtages like 1031 Exchange purchases.  He has also, helped families purchasing there forever home and introduced First Time Buyer Programs while sorting out the complicated buying process associated with selling and buying real estate in today's market and to meet customer expectations.
