Born and raised in Del Rio, Texas, Sandra Padilla moved to San Antonio in 1988 to attend the University of the Incarnate Word, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Business. In 1992, Sandra began her career in education as a Special Education Teacher. She later earned a Master's Degree in Education and dedicated 29 years to serving children with special needs before retiring from education in 2020.

Throughout her career as an educator, Sandra developed valuable skills that continue to serve her clients well in real estate. Having worked in Southwest ISD, San Antonio ISD, and Northside ISD, she gained extensive knowledge of San Antonio and its diverse communities. Residing in and near Helotes since 1998, she has also developed a deep understanding of the Texas Hill Country, including Bandera, Boerne, Kerrville, and the surrounding areas. Her background in education helped her become a strong communicator, problem solver, attentive listener, and determined negotiator.
Sandra is the proud mother of a son who served in the United States Navy for 11 years and the proud grandmother of three grandsons.

Giving back to the community has always been important to Sandra. Today, she partners with a Northside ISD elementary school, where she mentors and supports both teachers and students. She also partners with Transplants for Children and serves with Guardians of the Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to standing beside children who have suffered abuse and helping them feel safe and strong. Through her community involvement, Sandra continues to live her lifelong commitment to helping and serving others.

After retiring from education, Sandra pursued a career in real estate to continue living her purpose of helping and serving others. She is especially passionate about helping first-time homebuyers navigate the home-buying process with confidence. Drawing on her background as an educator, Sandra takes the time to explain each step, answer questions, and ensure her clients understand their options so they can make informed decisions. She is committed to providing exceptional service, clear communication, and expert guidance whether her clients are purchasing their first home, moving up, downsizing, or selling a property.
Sandra's goal is simple: to help her clients achieve their real estate dreams while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her heart for service, combined with her knowledge of the San Antonio area and Texas Hill Country, allows her to help clients find not just a house, but a place to call home.
