I’m a Texas REALTOR® with the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group, serving San Antonio and the surrounding communities—from Stone Oak and Spring Branch through Bulverde, New Braunfels, Schertz, Cibolo, Converse, and Seguin, with a strong focus on west-side areas including Alamo Ranch, Culebra Road, Potranco Road, and the Highway 211 corridor.
Before returning to production, I spent years leading buyer-agent operations and training hundreds of real estate agents on contracts, negotiation, inspections, lender coordination, and transaction risk. That experience built strong pattern recognition—allowing me to anticipate issues early and structure transactions that protect clients rather than simply push them forward.
I work with buyers and sellers at all stages, including relocations, move-up purchases, and long-term homeowners planning their next step. I also have extensive experience with VA loans and know how to structure competitive, VA-safe offers that meet appraisal and condition requirements without unnecessary risk.
