Joseph Rosen is a proud Army veteran, devoted husband and father, and accomplished real estate professional serving the greater San Antonio area. After 21 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Army, he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, culminating his career as the Product Manager overseeing modernization efforts for the Stryker family of vehicles. His service instilled in him the values of integrity, accountability, and mission-first leadership—principles he now applies to real estate.

Joseph’s passion for real estate began during his Army career, when frequent relocations gave him firsthand experience purchasing and selling homes for his own family. In addition to navigating multiple moves, he developed a strong business background as both a small business owner and property manager. Over the years, he has successfully owned and managed rental properties, gaining a deep understanding of real estate investments, cash flow, and the financial weight of every decision. Coupled with an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School, this experience allows him to offer clients not only empathy and guidance, but also sharp financial insight and strategic planning.
