Client First


We act in the best interests of clients. We present options honestly, explain tradeoffs, and support informed choice without pressure. We communicate timelines and risks in plain language and we do not guarantee outcomes we cannot control.

Compliance and Fair Housing


We comply with all laws that prohibit discrimination in housing and services. We do not engage in steering, blockbusting, or discriminatory advertising. We use inclusive language and images across channels and we present communities with neutral, facts based descriptions.

Accuracy and Integrity


  • Truthful statements: Claims about results or savings must be supportable and clear about assumptions.
  • Data use: We respect multiple listing service rules and display data in permitted ways.
  • Privacy: We protect client information and share only with consent or when required by law.

Advertising, Sponsorship, and Referrals


Paid content and sponsorships are labeled so readers can identify them. We do not accept compensation in exchange for favorable editorial coverage. We disclose material relationships and ownership interests where relevant and we encourage clients to compare options.

Professional Conduct


We treat every client, agent, partner, and competitor with respect. We avoid conflicts of interest and disclose when they may exist. We strive for direct, timely, and complete communication and we correct mistakes when they occur.

Content Standards


We avoid sensational claims. We show the assumptions behind numbers and comparisons. We use sources that readers can check and we present contrary evidence when it helps clarify the decision at hand.
