They also have significant power over people’s homes and their communities, so it's important that Texas Legislature ensures this power is executed with care so that homeowners and buyers are protected.

The passage of this monumental HOA reform legislation wouldn’t have happened without Texas REALTORS®. During the legislative process, members advocated for homeowners and buyers lawmakers. Texas REALTORS® sent representatives more than 12,500 messages supporting the bill.
