The primary plan is your main idea of what you want to do, and it continues to run down to the emergency plan, which is your last resort if problems come up. While you may not always have to use an emergency plan, it's best to put one in place at least. If there's one common factor in real estate, there will be problems. You will discover unknown information at any stage of your journey, so ensure you have a PACE plan.
