Meet Jackson Dailey! Jackson started his tenure at the Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group five years ago answering inbound calls, addressing customer questions and scheduling appointments for agents. During this time, Jackson obtained his real estate license and started as a direct company agent working under Levi to learn as much as possible. Since then he has been one of the top-producing agents, with over $8 million in gross sales his first year as an agent.

Prior to joining LRG, Jackson picked up a few skills to help him become a better people person. As a full-time Uber driver while working on his graduate degree in U.S. History, he learned how to put himself on a schedule and interact with customers. He also had the privilege to interview war Veterans from WWII to the Vietnam War for a college program he helped start that eventually grew to about 250 interviews. The project is now stored in the university archives at Texas A&M University-Commerce under the East Texas War and Memory Project.

Today, Jackson’s well-rounded experience and dedication to his clients makes him one of LRG’s top agents who specializes in historic and luxury homes in Alamo Heights, the King William District and Monte Vista. The older communities drive his historical interest and he loves finding the stories behind the houses he sells.

Even though Jackson grew up in Sulphur Springs, he knows a thing or two about San Antonio. He and his wife, Courtney, love to explore downtown San Antonio and try new places and cuisines. He also finds time to give back to the community as part of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity, which participates annually in March of Dimes which leads the fight for the health of all moms and babies. He also participates with the fraternity’s "Building Strong Fathers Program" that is an effort to help men become fathers the right way and be there for their families.

Jackson has a passion for helping families. Early on in his LRG career, he helped a young couple who were first-time homebuyers and expecting their first child. They ended up finding the perfect two-story home in their price point needing minimal repairs. At the closing, Jackson presented them with a painting of their new home. He didn’t know the impact he made until he saw the couple having an emotional moment while looking at the painting before they left. Jackson credits that moment for his appreciation for real estate and the power of helping people make their dreams come true. He’s never looked back!

“I like to believe in making people homeowners,” he said. “This business has always been about the people you meet and the relationships you make. I really enjoy making people's dreams a reality whether that be the first home or the last home.”

His advice to others who are considering real estate as a career:

“Trust the process and you will never have to worry about working for anyone else again. (LRG) is truly a team and there is plenty to go around here. If you like to sell houses, there's nowhere else you need to go.”
