LRG Realty is a privately held brokerage led by its principal broker and a leadership team focused on client results, agent development, and community service. We operate as an independent firm and make editorial and business decisions that align with client outcomes and long term trust.

Our service areas include residential sales, listings, relocation support, and training for agents. We invest in platforms that improve response time, clarity of communication, and visibility for client listings.

How We Are Funded


  • Brokerage commissions: Revenue from completed real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. Commission structures vary by agreement and by market conditions.
  • Education and services: Revenue from training, events, and consulting that help agents and partner teams improve service and production.
  • Marketing partnerships: Limited sponsorships or advertising placements. When a placement appears, it is labeled so readers can identify it clearly.

What We Do Not Do


  • No pay to play: We do not sell favorable coverage in articles, market notes, or guides.
  • No exclusive vendor requirement: Clients may choose any lender, inspector, title company, or service provider. We provide options and explain differences so clients can decide.
  • No sale of client data: We do not sell client contact information to unaffiliated parties. Data sharing follows consent and legal requirements.

Affiliations and Disclosures


If a financial or ownership interest exists between LRG Realty and a recommended provider, we disclose the relationship in writing as required by law. We encourage clients to compare providers and select the option that fits their goals and risk tolerance.

Our referral agreements use standard disclosures so clients understand any compensation structure related to a recommendation.

Governance and Oversight


Leadership reviews financial practices, sponsor relationships, and advertising standards on a regular schedule. We keep records of material decisions and evaluate whether a relationship could influence editorial or client facing information.

Agents receive guidance on disclosure language and how to avoid conflicts of interest in daily work.
