Our Mission and Promise

LRG Realty exists to help buyers, sellers, and agents make confident decisions with practical, timely, and accurate information. We explain complex topics in clear language, show tradeoffs, and place client interests first. Our goals are trust, clarity, and usefulness in every format, including guides, market notes, training, and social posts.

Every article aims to answer the question a reader is really asking. We provide definitions, examples, and action steps, and we avoid vague claims. When uncertainty exists, we say so and explain why, then direct readers to next steps or a contact who can help.

Editorial Independence

Content choices are made by editors and subject matter experts. Partners, vendors, and advertisers do not approve or edit independent articles. Sponsored material is labeled and separated from editorial work so readers can identify it at a glance.

We cover service providers when it benefits the reader. If a provider appears due to a paid placement, the placement is labeled as advertising. Editorial staff are not compensated for recommending any product or service.

Accuracy and Sourcing

We favor primary sources, official data, and multiple listing service records. Claims that could influence a decision always include context and the assumptions behind numbers. We cross check key facts and note common exceptions that may apply in real transactions.

When a topic involves rules or timelines, we present plain language summaries and link to supporting references when appropriate. We avoid anonymous claims. If a statement matters, it must be verifiable or clearly labeled as perspective.

Clarity and Reader Value

We define terms the first time they appear and use consistent language across pages. We prefer short sentences, human examples, and clear steps readers can follow. If there are tradeoffs, we present them side by side so readers can compare outcomes.

Visuals, tables, and callouts are used to improve understanding, not to decorate a page. We avoid jargon unless it is necessary for precision, and we explain any required jargon in a simple way.

Conflicts of Interest

Editors and contributors disclose relationships that could be perceived as a conflict. Where a real or perceived conflict exists, we assign a different contributor or add a disclosure note so readers can evaluate the content with full context.

Gift policies, referral fees, and revenue sharing are managed by leadership and disclosed when relevant. We do not sell favorable coverage.

Updates and Recency

Market conditions and rules change. We review evergreen guides on a schedule and update quickly when facts shift. Material changes that affect conclusions are noted in the article and the last updated date is refreshed.

We keep separate change notes for significant revisions, including what changed and why. Routine edits for grammar or layout are not normally annotated.

Diversity, Fair Housing, and Accessibility

We comply with fair housing laws and avoid discriminatory content. We use inclusive language and images. We work to make our website and communications accessible and we welcome requests for accommodation.

We avoid steering and we present communities with neutral, facts based descriptions. We encourage clients to review schools, crime data, and community features through official channels.

Use of Tools and Automation

Assistance tools may support drafting, data checks, or formatting. Human editors remain responsible for accuracy, tone, and conclusions. We validate tool outputs against trusted sources before publication.

We do not publish unreviewed automated output. If a tool helps create a chart or calculator, the assumptions are described in plain language.
