Veteran and First-Time Buyer Specialists at LRG Realty
LRG Realty is a Veteran-owned brokerage built around specialists, not generalists. Each agent focuses on a specific buyer or seller profile, so you work with someone who has handled your exact situation before. Our leadership sets the standard, and our specialists carry it out across San Antonio, Austin, Killeen, and Central Texas.
Brokerage Leadership
Levi Rodgers founded LRG Realty after serving as a United States Army Special Forces Green Beret. He enlisted in 1996, earned his Green Beret, and deployed worldwide for over a decade. On his final deployment in Afghanistan in 2009, an improvised explosive device destroyed the vehicle carrying Levi and four teammates. He was severely wounded and brought to San Antonio for an extensive recovery. After his transition from Military service, Levi channeled his commitment to serving others into real estate, starting at RE/MAX in 2011 and founding LRG Realty in 2020.
Mayra Torres is the President and Managing Broker at LRG Realty. She entered the real estate industry in 2013, joined LRG in 2015, and served as Director of Operations before being named to her current role. Mayra holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Kansas State University and brings operational discipline to every aspect of the brokerage. She oversees agent development, compliance, and the day-to-day leadership that keeps LRG running at the standard Levi set from the beginning.

Veteran & Military Buyers
5 specialists
Charles focuses on VA buyers across JBSA, Fort Cavazos, and Military relocations throughout Central Texas. He guides Veterans through the full VA process, from entitlement and the funding fee to appraisal rules that catch first-time VA buyers off guard. A retired First Sergeant and combat Veteran, he mentors more than 40 Realtors at the brokerage.
Bianca specializes in Veterans and first-time buyers, including overseas Military families purchasing sight-unseen. She runs full video walkthroughs and flags what a camera misses, from odd smells to train noise, so deployed clients get the real picture before they commit. She has saved deals through last-minute loan denials and a decades-old HOA lien surfacing mid-move.
Israel is an Army Veteran serving VA, FHA, and first-time buyers in San Antonio, bilingual in English and Spanish. He once walked away from his own new-construction purchase after inspections found a sewer-line defect the builder could not fully resolve, and he brings that same diligence to every client. His message is consistent: new construction still needs an independent inspection.
Rhonda helps Veterans and Military families relocate to San Antonio, often coordinating entire purchases virtually for clients stationed out of state. She recently guided a young Veteran couple through a sight-unseen purchase with the husband in Nevada and the wife in Alabama, handling everything by video and phone through closing. She has also helped a Veteran renegotiate terms after a deal hit Tidewater.
Jackie began on the mortgage side in 2017 specializing in VA loans at USAA, which gives her a lender’s view of how deals come together. She is known for navigating complex transactions, including a VA purchase that required coordinating a roof replacement, solar removal, insurance, and lender requirements at once without letting the deal fall apart. She educates clients on every option rather than pushing one.
First-Time Buyers
5 specialists
Candice works with buyers entering the market for the first time, focusing on FHA, credit recovery, and down payment assistance. Her lane is the buyer who assumes their credit disqualifies them and is often only months of structured work away from approval. Licensed since 2016 and an LRG Advisory Board member, she maps the path from a low score to a closing table.
Karishma guides first-time and move-up buyers through the San Antonio market with a decade of experience across a wide range of transactions. She speaks six languages and works regularly with international clients. She is the specialist for buyers who want a steady hand through pricing, negotiation, and the parts of a deal that surprise people the first time through.
Daniel specializes in first-time buyers navigating FHA, VA, conventional, and down payment assistance programs in San Antonio. He works against information overload, the months of conflicting online advice that leave buyers thinking they need 20% down or that their credit is too weak. He breaks the process into clear steps and connects buyers with trusted lenders so uncertainty turns into a plan.
LaVida serves buyers, sellers, VA buyers, and first-time buyers across greater San Antonio, with a focus on the financial education most first-time buyers never get. She has seen what happens when no one explains how property taxes climb after a new-construction purchase, and she makes sure her clients understand the full cost of ownership before they sign, not after.
Sophia works with first-time buyers, including teachers and active-duty Military families, drawing on a background in counseling that shapes how she guides nervous buyers. As the spouse of a 24-year Air Force Veteran, she understands what finding a home means for a Military family, and she translates each client’s goals into a plan that fits their situation.
Home Selling, Neighborhoods & Hill Country
3 specialists
Salena focuses on sellers, move-up buyers, and disclosure guidance across Central Texas. A native Texan licensed over 10 years, she has sold more than $98M in the last four years and held deals together through the hardest situations, missing HUD plates on a manufactured home and undisclosed liens surfacing in escrow, by finding the right lender and buyer when the first path collapsed.
Jason brings deep knowledge of San Antonio communities and ZIP codes to buyers and investors weighing where to put their money. A retired Lieutenant Colonel with 24 years of combined Navy and Army service, he treats every client like family and negotiates hard on their behalf. His lane is the client who wants block-by-block insight, not a generalist read on the metro.
Priscilla lives and works in Boerne and guides families relocating to Kendall County and the surrounding Hill Country. As a longtime resident raising her family in the school district, she knows the neighborhoods, builders, and daily-life realities that decide whether a move actually fits. She is candid with sellers about pricing, including the common mistake of overpricing to test the market.
